Today, together with the Erasmus group, we visited Vallette. First, we went to see the Triton Fountain. The fountain consists of three figures of Tritons holding a bowl above their heads. The fountain is one of the most important modernist buildings in Valletta and one of the city's landmarks. Then we went to the square where the Parliament is located. The building was designed by Renzo Piano. Parliament House is located on Republic Street next to the City Gate, the main entrance to Valletta. The building is located in the vicinity of Saint James Cavalier and Pjazza Teatru Rjal and opposite the City Gate Shopping Arcade and Palazzo Ferreria. The Royal Opera House, also known as the Royal Theatre, was an opera and performing arts venue in Valletta, Malta. The theater was destroyed by fire and bombing during the Second World War.
